To all our wonderful players, coaches and members I hope you and your family are well.
As most of you would have seen, Netball Victoria has now made a call to defer all community netball until May 31, with a provision to reassess at the end of April.
We encourage you all to remain active as this will be so important for all of our mental health through this time. We all know how our fitness can deteriorate very quickly - just think of the summer months when we’re not training.
You can maintain your fitness by simply doing a run around the block (while maintaining social distancing) and short sprints in your front/back yard or hallway.
For goalers, make sure you practice your shooting as much as possible.
